The organisational border has great conceptual potential, at the same time what you see is what you get.


Due to the richness of aspects of the organisational border and their sometimes intangible characters, that border is sources for conceptual ideas. This is enforced by the fact that the inside is of great importance for the outside, especially for organisations because it is the cooperation of people that define and shape the border.

At the same time we should not forget that in the end the surface, the form, line and any other aspect the outside environment can perceive matter most. The inside construction, the inside workings, the inside intentions only have meaning in what is experienced and perceived from the outside. Only what you see of the organisation is what you get.
