Personal branding is also about personal boundaries. How do organizations fit in?

Organisations that are networks of strongly branded persons may be a good thing, as long as the personal boundaries that are inevitably linked to the personal brand to do imperil the functions of the whole.

Where this line between positive and negative effect is drawn, is a question open for debate. And the debate might by biased by the presence of some strong individual brands, whereas the team player maybe less outspoken.
