To what extend does an organisational border colour the relationship between people?

Do people who belong to an organisation relate differently to people outside that organisation? Does being part of an organisation influence behaviour?

The difference of ‘normal’ and organisationally colored interaction is part of the conceptual border. And that is to a certain extend scary and may lead to schizophrenia.

This aspect of an organisational border deserves sufficient attention and ethical consideration. What organisation can demand in the behaviour of its people is a question that requires careful thought and masterful design.
