An organisation is about relevant relationships between people at both sides of the border, somehow.
.
To have a meaningful interaction there have to be some kind of relationship between the people at both sides of the border. Somehow people have to relate. How that relation looks like and what it consists of can largely vary. It can be direct and personal (the doctor and the patient) but also indirect and rather abstract (the marketeer and the client).
And remember, interaction with the outside defines and justifies the very existence of any organisation. The extend to which it is meaningful depends on the relationship.
This blog focusses on the positive (inclusive) meaning to organisation, but recognises that some organisation might choose to choose for a more exclusive approach. This blog looks into building positive relationships and how they can be achieved. It is more interesting and more rewarding.
