A gradual mix of dispersing elements as the concept of border: the border is not a line.

The notice of a border as a divisional line, might be easy to understand, but could also deny the more complex and interesting reality. A view of dispersing elements of various organisational origin mixing is sometimes a more realistic view.

Think what happens in retail outlets, servicing the public space, education, signage and advertising in a city. Here the scattered interactions between various people and organizations are the conceptual boundary and not so much the physical line.
