An organisation defined as the difference between the internal interaction and interaction with outside units


Units in an organisation interacts with each other and with external units. Part of the definition of an organisation lies in the difference between these two kinds of interaction. Would there be no difference, the organisation as such would have no meaning.

The difference as an object for interesting organisation design.
