Dialogue with the outside world and the provision of meaningful output based on that dialogue, requires advanced feed-back mechanisms inside the organisation.

New media and changed outside expectations makes it  increasingly important that what happens at the border and thus defines the success of the organisation is matched with new organisational design inside the organisation.
